As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I am committed to providing compassionate and professional counseling services to individuals, families, and communities. So, let’s talk about what happens when your passion and purpose align. Before I found my purpose as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), the journey started with Kinesiology. During my studies in Kinesiology and research is where I discovered the healing modalities of yoga, breathwork and meditation.


Focus is known as a point of convergence, in plural form FOCI (n.). We take a holistic approach to wellness and wellbeing, focusing on the whole person and not a singular facet so you can Revive-Recenter & Restore.
